Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition insofar as the 3rd petitioner is concerned.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that an assurance is given by the respondents herein to permit the 3rd petitioner to perform her duties in the event of withdrawing the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the 3rd petitioner may be permitted to file a writ petition afresh in the event of the same being not adhered to.

3. In the above background, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn insofar as the 3rd petitioner is concerned with liberty to the 3rd petitioner to approach this Court in the above such eventuality. There shall be no order as to costs.
