THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.2351 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Tahsildar, Tirumalayapalem Mandal, Khammam District, is not acting upon the application made by him for issuance of a pattadar passbook and title deed in relation to his land admeasuring Acs.3.32 guntas in Survey No.41/2 of Tallacheruvu Village, Tirumalayapalem Mandal, Khammam District.

Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner submitted an application in Form VI(A) as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. It is not open to the Tahsildar, Tirumalayapalem Mandal, Khammam District, to sleep over such an application after receiving it.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Tirumalayapalem Mandal, Khammam District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's application dated 02.07.2018 expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this application.
