Heard Mr. P. Narasimha Rao and learned standing counsel for respondents.

Petitioner challenges proceedings No.DEE/ O./ RJM/ AE/ Techl./ F.BB/ D.No.313/ 16 dated 16.09.2016 as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the material available on record, the Court is satisfied that without expressing any view on the merits, the writ petition can be disposed of by this order:

The respondents are directed not to disconnect petitioner's power supply for non-payment of the amount finally determined through order dated 16.09.2016 for a period of three (3) weeks from today. The petitioner is given liberty to move the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum for redressal of his grievance against final determination dated 16.09.2016. The Forum, on receipt of the appeal/ revision of petitioner, is directed to pass orders in accordance with law within two (2) months thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
