THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI ITTA.NO.362 OF 2018 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri J.V.Prasad, learned Senior Standing Counsel for Income Tax, would submit that, in the light of the Circular No.3/2018 dated 11.07.2018 issued by the Central Board Direct Taxes revising the monetary limit for filing an appeal to Rs.50,00,000/-, the present appeal is liable to be dismissed as withdrawn since the value of this appeal is far below the abovementioned monetary limit.

Permission is accorded and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
