THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8720 of 2017 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-accused, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to grant pre arrest bail in Crime No.54 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Pathapatnam Police Station, Srikakulam District. 2.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending this petition, the petitioner was arrested by the Police and produced before the concerned Court for judicial custody. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
