This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 04.12.2017 passed in I.A.No.774 of 2017 in F.C.O.P.No.2305 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court, at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 26.09.2018. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
