HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No. 2239 of 2020 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in passing eviction order dt.17.01.2020 vide Rc.No.B/1224/2019, directing the Mandal Girdhwar and Mandal Surveyor to take over possession of the land of the petitioner to an extent of Ac.10.00 guntas in Survey No.88/1, situated at Wadlgudem Village, Dammapeta Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, without considering the explanation of the petitioner dt.01.02.2020 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to set aside the aforesaid eviction order. Heard both sides.

Admittedly, petitioner has remedy of appeal against the impugned order. As such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
