Petitioner's grievance is that a representation dt.01.06.2016 made by the petitioner to the Hon'ble Chief Minister has been forwarded to the 2nd respondent for consideration through letter dt.29.11.2016 of the 3rd respondent, and that the 2nd respondent has not yet taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Medical & Health appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will take a decision on the petitioner's application dt.01.06.2016 forwarded to him by the 3rd respondent within a period of six (06) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to take a decision on the petitioner's application dt.01.06.2016 forwarded to him by the 3rd respondent by letter dt.29.11.2016 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
