HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL Nos. 686 and 672 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) These two appeals are preferred by the JNTU against the order passed by learned Single Judge in W.P.Nos. 20294 of 2015 and 20297 of 2015.

In pursuance of the order passed by this Court dated 15.07.2015, joint inspection of respective colleges, was carried out by AICTE and JNTU and this Court is informed that AICTE and JNTU have rejected approval/affiliation.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the writ petitioners/institutions submits that the petitioners may be given liberty to challenge the orders rejecting approval by AICTE and affiliation by JNTU in appropriate proceedings. In other words, he submits that he has no objection for allowing the writ appeals subject to their right to challenge the orders rejecting approval/affiliation, as aforementioned. Writ Appeals are accordingly allowed. Order dated 07.07.2015 passed in W.P.Nos.20294 and 20297 of 2015 is set aside, subject to rights of the writ petitioners to take appropriate remedy against the decisions/orders issued by AICTE rejecting approval and JNTU rejecting affiliation in appropriate proceedings.
