HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.1843 of 2012 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication in view of filing of charge sheet, and hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
