THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2602 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the accused under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.30 of 2016 on the file of S.H.O., Keesara Police Station, Cyberabad.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor informed that the police have completed the investigation and a charge sheet has also been filed in the Crime.

In the circumstances of the case, petitioner-accused is directed to appear before the trial Court and if any warrant is pending, petitioner shall file an application seeking to recall the same and the trial Court is directed to recall the warrants, if any, on the same day.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
