wp_29912_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by non-disposal of appeal dated 27-08-2016 filed by the petitioner questioning proceedings dated 18-04-2016 of respondent No. 1 and dismissal of O.A.No. 2393 of 2017 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal'), the applicant therein has filed this Writ Petition.

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services (A.P.) on instructions submitted that due to shifting of the headquarters to Guntur, the appeal file is not placed before respondent No. 2 and that the appeal will be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

In the light of the submission of learned Government Pleader, respondent No. 2 is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. 5.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 37266 of 2017 shall stand closed as infructuous.
