THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.350 of 2018 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order and decree dated 19.12.2017 passed in O.S.No.208 of 2007 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mahabubabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
