FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA & THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH (Special Original Jurisdiction) WEDNESDAY, THE FOURTH DAY OF FEBRUARY TWO THOUSAND AND FIFTEEN PRESENT THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.1823 of 2015 BETWEEN Abubakar Memorial D.Ed. College, Khammam, Rep. by its Correspondent.
... PETITIONER AND The National Council for Teacher Education, rep. by its Regional Director.
...RESPONDENTS The Court made the following:
ORDER:
Petitioner questions the order passed by NCTE way back on 05.11.2008 rejecting his application for establishment of D.Ed. College. The explanation given by the petitioner for approaching this Court at this distance of time is wholly unsatisfactory and no reason is made out by the petitioner warranting exercise of discretion by this court in entertaining this writ petition after lapse of so many years from the date of impugned order. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, if any notification is issued by the respondents, petitioner is at liberty to apply afresh. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall
be no order as to costs.
