THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.993 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.M.P.No.35650 of 2016 in W.P.No.28788 of 2016, dated 31.08.2016, wherein this Court directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners, dated 12.02.2015, and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

Learned counsel for the respondents produced before this Court an order, dated 18.05.2017, considering the representation and rejecting the same.
