THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.2329 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioners in the cadre of Pharmacist Grade-II in terms of G.O.Ms.No.19, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (F1) Department, dated 22.03.2017, as bad, arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14, 16 (1) and 21 of the Constitution of India and sought a consequential direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners with regard to regularizing their services in the cadre of Pharmacist Grade-II and further direction to the respondents to continue the petitioners in contract service Pharmacists Grade-II in pursuance of orders dated 16.07.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent for a further period with effect from 01.04.2018 to 31.03.2019.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court today in W.P.No.1883 of 2019. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not disputed the same.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court today in W.P.No.1883 of 2019 with a direction that the petitioners be continued as Pharmacists Grade-II till 31.03.2019 in pursuance of the proceedings dated 16.07.2018 or till the TSPSC allots candidates by way of direct recruitment.
