ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 13.03.2014, in O.S.No.664 of 2012 on the file of learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Sri A.Sanjeeva Reddy, the learned counsel for the respondent, submitted that the suit itself out of which

the present Civil Revision Petition arises was dismissed for default on 05.11.2014. As this submission remained uncontroverted due to the absence of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
