The counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a Writ of Habeas Corpus for production of petitioner's wife, who is alleged to be under the illegal detention of respondent nos.5 to 7.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
