ORDER:

This application is filed for condoning the delay of 39 days in remitting the amount as per order, dated 24.03.2014, in Comp.A.No.1 of 2014.

At the hearing, Sri M.Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, submitted that the applicants have remitted the amount with a delay of 39 days. However, considering the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay is condoned and the company application is accordingly allowed.
