This transfer petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC, seeking to withdraw O.P. No.42 of 2017 from the file of the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Kadapa.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the petition has become infructuous. The submission is recorded.

Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
