This contempt case is filed alleging violation of orders passed in WP.No.41054 of 2018, dated 15-112018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only after filing contempt case wantonly, respondents have rejected the case of the petitioner.

In this case, it is to be seen that this Court cannot examine the merits and demerits of the order passed by the respondents.

In view of the same, contempt case is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous applications if any shall stand closed.
