ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to direct the learned XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.692 of 2019 in C.C.No.117 of 2018 pending on his file.

During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners/A1 and A2 requested this Court to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the aforesaid miscellaneous petition by fixing the time frame.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, is directed to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.692 of 2019 in C.C.No.117 of 2018 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
