These writ petitions are filed challenging G.O.Ms.No.100, Home (General.A) Department, dated 26.04.2013. 2.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in these writ petitions has already been adjudicated by this Court in a batch of writ petitions viz., W.P.Nos.19046 of 2014 and batch, vide common order, dated 31.10.2016, and these matters are squarely covered by the said common order.

Recording the above submission, these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the common order, dated 31.10.2016, in W.P.Nos.19046 of 2014 and batch. It is made clear that if the petitioners have not made any application before the authorities concerned, they are at liberty to file applications informing the authorities as to the ticket rates, which they intend to collect in respect of all classes till adjudication of the issues in question by the respective committee. Further, the petitioners are directed to pay the taxes proportionate to the proposed rate of the tickets. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
