This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent in conducting Section 51 inquiry under the A.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 without obtaining extension proceedings from the second respondent.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
