B Narendra Kumar v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1987 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. In spite of granting time on 25.01.2018, learned Government Pleader for Revenue did not get any instructions and this Court is constrained to dispose of the Writ Petition on the basis of averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.
2.
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the fifth respondent in mutating the names of the petitioners in revenue records in respect of land to an extent of Ac.3-90 cents in Survey No.38/3 of Damineedu Village, Tirupathi Rural Mandal, Chittoor District, as they acquired the same under a registered Sale Deed on 13.06.2016 and they also submitted an application on 22.12.2017 for the said purpose, which is pending.
3.
Since the application was already filed by the petitioners on 22.12.2017, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the fifth respondent to consider the said application and take necessary action on the same and communicate the result of such application within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J FEBRUARY 05, 2018 YVL
