THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.41996 OF 2015 ORDER:

Sri V. Sai Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that subsequent to the institution of this writ petition and passing of interim orders, a case has been registered under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, before the competent court and that the petitioner would workout her remedies therein.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
