This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC by the petitioner-accused No.2, challenging the order dated 11.2.2011, in C.C.Nos.1, 2 and 3 of 2010 on the file of the Court of XXI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
