THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 2066 of 2018 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he obtained permission from the Gram Panchayat on 06.09.2017 for making construction on the land admeasuring 79.5 square yards in Plot No.30, Northern Part/B, Survey Nos.410 part and 417, situated at Ghatkesar Village and Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, respondent Nos. 3 and 4, without any authority, are threatening to stop the construction, which is half-way through. Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4, submits that as long as the permission obtained by the petitioner is valid and subsisting, the petitioner shall be entitled to proceed with the construction. Considering the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, making it clear that as long as the permission obtained by the petitioner is subsisting and subject to the condition of the petitioner making construction in accordance with the sanctioned plan, the respondents shall not interfere with the constructions made by the petitioner in any manner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dt:25.01.2018 kdl
