THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.25743 OF 2005 ORDER:

The petitioners, who are conductors in the respondentCorporation, filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the Proceedings No.P2/255(6)/03-RM/VSP dated 15.11.2005, whereby the petitioners were transferred from VSP depot to City depots on administrative grounds.

The transfer is an incidence of service. The employee has no right to continue in a particular place and no mala fides are attributed to the respondent-Corporation in passing the impugned transfer order. There is no interim order all these years. The petitioners might have already working in the transferred depots on their joining. Hence, no cause survives in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
