3. Whether Their Lordship wish to see the fair copy of the Judgment? Yes/No THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.5197 of 2012 ORDER:

Sri Pramod Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks an

adjournment on the ground that the petitioner wishes to engage another counsel.

The matter appeared before this Court on 04.08.2015 and as there was no representation for the petitioner or her learned counsel, it was directed to be listed 'For Dismissal' on 17.08.2015.

Today, the matter appears under the said caption, but, as stated supra, the learned counsel seeks an adjournment. This Court sees no reason to entertain this request as it is for the litigant to make appropriate arrangements as regards proper representation through counsel at the right time and not seek an adjournment when the matter is taken up for hearing.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
