This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in CC.No.17 of 2011, against the petitioner, who is A3, on the file of the II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 447, 199 and 431 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Afzalgunj Hills Police Station, Hyderabad City dated 29.10.2018 stating that the case ended in acquittal on 19.02.2015.

In the light of the above, this Court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. The criminal petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________ T. RAJANI, J November 30, 2018 DSK
