THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.32792 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents in not considering the representations of petitioner dated 04.06.2014 and 16.09.2014 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to recalculate and release the pension arrears and other benefits by re-fixing the pension.

This Court while issuing notice before admission on 11.11.2014 directed the respondents to consider the representations of petitioner dated 04.06.2014 and 16.09.2014 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. In pursuance of the same, the respondent Bank passed an order on 05.11.2014 after considering the representations. In view of the consideration of representations, the petitioner filed W.P.M.P.No.32671 of 2016 seeking amendment of the prayer by challenging the said order dated 05.11.2014.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to allow the amendment and in view of the consideration of representations, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 05.11.2014 passed by the respondent Bank, if he is so advised. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
