This writ petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.385 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Avanigadda, Krishna District.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The petitioners are alleged to have committed the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Since the dispute is between the individuals, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above C.C.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. However, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates when their presence is specifically insisted by the trial Court.
