Learned petitioner's counsel seeks a prayer that the Crl.P.No.858 of 2021 was disposed of due to non-representation of the petitioner. The crime is of the year 2016 and hence, the single Judge of this Court has opined that since no interim orders were passed stalling the proceedings before the Court below, the Criminal Petition was disposed of without there being any orders on merits.

Now the petitioner intends to prosecute the same and hence prays this Court to modify the said orders under the guise of "For Being Mentioned" petition.

Further, the petitioner's counsel failed to appear on the last occasion and also even on today.

To hear on maintainability of the petition, post this matter next week i.e. on 13.03.2026.
