None appears for the petitioners. Learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and Mr. V.Vinod K. Reddy for respondent No.6 The petitioner in the instant writ petition makes the following prayer:
"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus direct the respondent No.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioners' representations/objection dated 15.06.2009, 30.06.2009 and finally on 10.8.2009 before considering the case of the 6th respondent for grant of 2B Bar Licence in the name and style of M/s. Relax Restaurant & Bar at D. No. 5-142, Railway Station Road, Venkatagiri, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District by declaring the action of the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 in not considering the representations/objections dated 15.06.2009, 30.06.2009 and finally on 10.08.
