THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.13037 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners submitted a representation on 19.02.2015 before the third respondent but no action has been taken thereon. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners submit a fresh representation to the respondents and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondents. This Court considers the said request as reasonable. For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioners to submit a representation afresh to the respondents for redressal of the grievance, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and if any such representation is submitted, the respondents shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. _________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 12th APRIL, 2017.
