The contempt case is filed seeking to punish the respondent under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for deliberate and willful disobedience in implementing the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.244 of 2012, dated 17.O2.2O12'

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing'

Sri Akkam Eshwar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the respondent complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No'244 of 2Ol2' dated 17.O2.2OL2 and issued proceeding No'G/224812O11, dated 01.06.2013 to that effect.
