CVNR,J & MSKJ,J W.P.No.9975 of 2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed feeling aggrieved by non-implementation of order, dated 06.10.2010, in O.A.No.9019 of 2008 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'). 2.

Today, the Director of Municipal Administration - respondent No.2 is personally present along with the Commissioner of Miryalaguda Municipality - respondent No.3. The learned Government Pleader for Services (T.S.) appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 placed before us, proceedings in Roc.No.CDMA-M2/ESST/CC/19/2017-M2 SEC-CDMA, dated 11.09.2017, of respondent No.2; G.O.Rt.No.556, Municipal Administration and Urban Development (D2) Department, dated 11.09.2017, issued by respondent No.1; and proceedings No.C1/972/2017, dated 12.09.2017, of respondent No.3. Under the first two mentioned proceedings, services of late A.Venkateswarlu, Nominal Muster Roll (NMR) employee, were regularized to enable his son to be given compassionate appointment. Under the third mentioned proceedings of respondent No.3, A.Ramesh - the son of the deceased NMR employee, has been given compassionate appointment. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that with the issue of the aforementioned proceedings, the order of the Tribunal stood complied with.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. 5.
