Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue appropriate legal remedies in the pending case.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to pursue appropriate legal remedies in the pending case. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
