When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.06.2018, as none appeared, it was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. The civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
