THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLR SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No. 8222 OF 2015 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Against similar orders passed by the Tribunal, the Zilla Praja Parishad, Krishna, invoked the jurisdiction of this Court by filing W.P.No.18735 of 2010 and a Division Bench of this Court, by order dated 17.08.2010, held that there was no error in the application of law or in exercise of discretion by the Tribunal warranting interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, and dismissed the Writ Petition.

As the order of the Tribunal, in more or less an identical fact situation, has already been confirmed by this Court, we see no reason to exercise discretion to interfere.

Following the order of this Court in W.P.No.18735 of 2010 dated 17.08.2010, this Writ Petition is also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
