Learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 is present. There is no representation on behalf of the appellant and respondent No.4. It is brought to the notice of the Court by learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 that, originally suit was filed against a dead person. The same is nullity in law.

As there is no representation on behalf of the appellants, the appeal is dismissed for default.
