HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.745 OF 2016 ORDER:

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State would submit that the cause in this Criminal Revision Case does not survive for further adjudication and the Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous.

In that view of the matter, recording the said submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
