G.P. for Services (A.P.) THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING
CVNR, J. & MSKJ, J.
wp_19057_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed feeling dissatisfied with the interim order passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal') in O.A.No. 830 of 2016, whereby while admitting the said O.A., the Tribunal has stayed reversion alone of the petitioners in pursuance of G.O.Ms.No. 1, Home (Legal.II) Department, dated 07-01-2016. 2.
At the hearing, learned counsel for both parties fairly submitted that in W.P.No. 29225 of 2017, this Court has permitted the petitioners therein to pursue their remedies before the appointing authority who issued the showcause notice in pursuance of G.O.Ms.No. 1 dated 07-01-2016. Therefore, without prejudice to their pleas raised in the O.A. regarding the validity of G.O.Ms.No. 1, the petitioners are also permitted to pursue their remedy by submitting explanation if they have not already submitted and also additional explanation along with material if they so desire before the appointing authority who issued the show-cause notice. On receipt of explanation/additional explanation along with material, if any, respondent No. 3, who is stated to have issued show-cause notice, shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
3.
Subject to the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
