THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI Criminal Petition No.749 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.231 of 2018 of Mavala Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 270 and 273 of IPC.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that after due investigation into the crime, Police have filed charge sheet before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Adilabad, on 31.12.2018.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
