Heard counsel for petitioner and Sri B.Mayur Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that he had preferred an appeal on 20.11.2017 to the 1st respondent challenging the order dt.17.11.2017 of the 2nd respondent and that the 1st respondent has not disposed of the same till date.

Sri B.Mayur Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents states that the 1st respondent will dispose of the said appeal within a period of two (02) months and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
