WRIT PETITION NO. 4305 OF 2005 O R D E R :

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted that the Division Bench of this Court in WP.No. 10504 of 2006 granted stay of acquisition/alienation of the temple lands and the said order is still subsisting. It is further submitted that if there is any public purpose, necessary permission has to be taken from this Court.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned standing counsel and the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
