THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 3939 of 2012 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against the action of the Respondents in not registering his vehicle and not granting three wheeler auto-rickshaw permit as illegal.

This Court granted interim order dt.15-02-2012, directing the Respondents to register the vehicle of the petitioner. Having regard to the writ prayer and the interim direction, I am satisfied that the writ petition can be closed as no further order is necessary.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
