This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction the second respondent in incorporating the names of the petitioner, his father and brother in the revenue records in respect of lands admeasuring Acs.01.29 guttas in Survey No.262 and Acs.01.13 guntas in Survey No.261 situated at Hanmapur Village, Bhongir Mandal, Nalgonda District, as arbitrary and illegal. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced before this Court the order, dated 20.01.2018, passed by the Tahsildar, Bhongir Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, issuing proceedings mutating the names of Rachamalla Mutyalu, Rachamalla Paramesh, Rachamalla Prabhakar by negativing the objections filed by Rachamalla Mutyalu. 3.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
