Mr. P.Kesava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 on instructions submits that since last three days, almost 97% of the sanitary workers of GHMC have resumed duty and started cleaning the streets. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the submission made by Mr. P.Kesava Rao and prays for disposal of PIL.

PIL is accordingly disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
